Texts you the story
After every call — or as a daily, weekly, or monthly digest — you get a text summary with a link to the recording, transcript, and details. Nothing your phone did happens without you knowing.

Program description
RungUp LLC sends transactional and customer-care text messages on behalf of subscribing service businesses. Message types include appointment confirmations, callback confirmations, responses to customer-initiated calls, and operational call summaries and notifications sent to the subscribing business's own staff.
Consent
Customers of a subscribing business receive messages related to their own contact with that business — for example, confirmation of an appointment or callback they requested by phone. Business owners and staff receive operational notifications under their service agreement with RungUp LLC.
Message frequency, rates, opt-out

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages.

Data

Who we are
RungUp LLC ("RungUp," "we") provides AI-powered telephone answering and reception services for businesses. This policy describes how we handle information when we answer and place calls, send text messages, and operate this website on behalf of our subscribing businesses and their callers.
Information we collect
- Phone numbers of callers and message recipients.
- Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries of calls handled by the service.
- Appointment and callback details provided during calls.
- Business account information provided by subscribing businesses.
How we use it
We use this information solely to operate the service: answering and returning calls, booking appointments, sending the text messages described in our SMS Program Terms, and providing subscribing businesses with records of the calls handled on their behalf. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We use established infrastructure providers (such as telephony and cloud hosting services) to deliver the service. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
Retention & your choices
